According to the State of the Industry 2007, published by HME News, there are 114,673 suppliers billing the DME MACs.

Of those, 113,117 bill Medicare less than $1M per year, and 107,632 bill Medicare less than $300k per year.

Only 213 supplier numbers bill Medicare more than $3M per year.

Those 113,117 suppliers need a voice, a voice that will speak loudly for independent suppliers regardless of their size.
